FIRMA Engineering is currently working with Rawwater to integrate their (M3) Molten Metal Manipulation, Sealing Technology with the FIRMA FIRMArm.
This project is proving the feasibility of the integration of the two technologies, which has a potential to cut costs in maintenance/repair at nuclear sites such as Sellafield and Dounreay.
Rawwater’s visit is a precursor to a full demonstration which will happen later in the year, where the combined technologies will be presented to Sellafield engineers.
